As a Sr. Manage/Manager, you will

Assume a high level of responsibility for client liaison and portfolio management, audit planning and control, developing deliverables, writing reports and presentation

Help clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities and minimize enterprise risks through the use of our value added audit approach

Participate and supervise engagements of initial public offerings (IPO), in US, Hong Kong, Singapore and other major stock markets

Supervise the engagement work of audit staff and ensuring the professional standard of services to clients as well as preparation of fee notes

Participate in major client pursuits including proposal preparation

Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates

Qualification:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting or accounting related major is preferable

Certification of CICPA, HKICPA is mandatory and other CPA is preferred

Solid experience in auditing, over 9 years for senior manager; over 5 years for manager (Big 4 experience is preferred)

In-depth understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and/or HK GAAP and strong IPO related knowledge and experience wherever related to US, HK or Singapore is highly preferred<BR>Excellent analytical, planning, organizing and team building skills

Excellent project management skills, interpersonal and communication skills

Be mature, proactive, committed, motivated with strong sense of teamwork

Excellent leadership and business development skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills

Proficiency in computer applications

Willing to travel

作为经理/高级经理，您将

承担客户联络与客户组合管理、审计规划与控制、项目成果编制、报告与演示稿编写等高级别职责

有效运用审计方法帮助客户实现业务目标，增强管理能力，降低企业风险

参与和监督指导美国、香港、新加坡和其他主要股票市场的首次公开发行业务；

监督指导审计职员的业务工作，确保客户服务的专业标准以及费用明细的编制；

参与重要客户的竞标工作，包括服务建议书的编制；

负责团队行政管理、培训、下属员工的总体评估和辅导工作；

Qualification:

资格条件：

任何专业学士/硕士学位，会计或会计相关专业为佳

必须获得中国注册会计师，香港会计师资格，拥有其他会计师执业资格的为佳

扎实的审计经验，高级经理须具备9年以上经验；经理须5年以上经验（拥有四大会计师事务所工作经验为佳）

深入掌握美国公认会计原则、国际财务报告准则和/或香港公认会计原则的专业知识和经验，拥有扎实的美国、香港或新加坡首发上市相关知识和经验则尤佳

极强的分析、规划、组织和团队建设技能
