Key Responsibilities:

• Collect industrial development trend info, business potential, and competitors' activities
• Provide relevant application need, information and report to sales team and DI headquarter
• Exchange of information with other departments to generate synergy effects
• Weekly planning and reports of customer and end user visits
• Understanding individual clients needs and proposing the most suitable solution
• Product application testing and qualification at customers site to support sales
• Providing pre and post sales technical assistance
• Product and technical training to internal staff and customer
• Support relevant marketing activities/projects

Required Competencies:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good ability to utilize computer systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong business focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship with customers
• Demonstrated ability to drive application development programs, customer/end-user interaction and conduct training
• Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and analyze well-designed tests and trails

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a process engineer or application engineer in the electronics manufacturing industry (semi-conductor, solar, LED, LCD)

Education:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or extensive industrial experience

Other Information:

• Frequent travel is required
• The successful candidate needs to be able to work under pressure, self-motivated, be strong at closing deals, with ownership and can-do attitude.
