Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
· Support Marcom Manager to implement key programs for business; · Take responsibility for GE healthcare marketing promotional material framework & design; · Press release & e-newsletter draft rapidly, PR and media campaign execution; · Drive internal promotion campaign; · Supporting promotional activities to ensure all the activities are prepared and delivered on time, on specification and on budget with expected impact / results. · Working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, sourcing, and finance to achieve project objectives. · Coordinating major cross-business, cross modality customer events and trade shows; · Working closely with external agents, travel agencies, PR firms, Meeting Coordinators and other related vendors for indirect sourcing, communication, contract negotiation and etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Marketing or related field2. 3+ years’ experience in marketing communication or PR campaign3. Excellent oral and written communications skills both for Chinese and English, strong capability of communicating with executive level and basic level employees4. Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams5. Ability for Multi-tasks taking.
