Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate potential and priorities for possible standard and customer-designed projects together with the respective AM within the defined geographical area. Accountable that projects fulfill technical specifications and terms & conditions. Prepare quotations for cell culture hardware & consumables. Co-ordination of contacts (ie project manager in HQ) to support activities at customers’ site. Regular customer visits to establish long lasting customer relationship Act as project manager locally for concluded projects together with central project management Communicate progress status in projects to customers and account managers Document continuously progress of customized cell culture hardware prospects. Highlight contingencies and opportunities. Active collaboration with the AM's and sales management functions to produce forecast and budget proposals. Accountable for delivery precision and pricing of customized hardware Participation in internal and external training: e.g. technical lectures during customer seminars Plan, perform local events, e.g. road-shows, seminars, exhibitions, together with the respective product and sales managers. Support marketing activities in collecting and documenting activities of competitors. Make proposition which allow development, positioning and production of new sales support material

Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in biology or cell biology or aboveWorking experience in bio-pharmaceutical industryFluent in English language (oral and written)Ability to travel in China and oversea to perform jobs as needed, up to 40% travel with sometimes little notice Prior experience using spreadsheet and presentation softwareMust be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of your past employment, criminal history, and educational background
