Essential Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities: Duties include (but are not limited to): ? Responsible for monthly OVC/BC/Headcount estimates for QMI&Ops review. Communicate current results and estimates to business leaders ? Represent Finance team to work with lean team together to drive process standardization and improvement project across functions in all aspects of planning, reporting, and operation including best practice sharing ? Support FP&A manager on quarter end closing entry to go P&L forecast. Provide reliable estimate on OVC/BC and identify dive root cause ? Support Finance manager and FP&A manager on planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews, Growth Playbook (3-year Plan), SII (1-year Plan); OP (operating plan/budget) and / or corporate reporting. ? Responsible for regular P&L reporting like by region P&L, office P&L ? Work with FP&A Manager and business leader to understand & drive opportunities for Growth and managing cost. Lead and provide analytics on strategic initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field and 2 years progressive accounting or finance experience.2. Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Hyperion, Oracle, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregationPreferred Qualifications:1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner, fluent in English both spoken and written2. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change3. Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas4. Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations5. Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others6. Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions7. Proficient use of office productivity software (MS Office), knowledge of Oracle is a plus8. Proactive, can do attitude, be able to work under pressure
