Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Create the Product Baseline Compliance Specifications (PBCS), by leveraging GEE documentation available on company repositories/databases as well as other sources. He/She will identify O&G products’ affected components & systems, understanding TRS impacts. • Create the Transactional Compliance Plan based on existing GEE PBCS • Support Engineering OTR activities relevant to regulatory compliance assessments (e.g. CCC, SELO, China RoHS). • Support implementation of TRS requirements into BOM (Bill of Materials) templates

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering. • Able to read and understand P&ID. Basic knowledge of O&G products (Gas/Steam turbines, Centrifugal/Reciprocating compressors, Turboexpanders). • Regulatory Compliance Experience recommended (experience on CCC, SELO, China RoHS, GB & GB/T Chinese national standards is a plus). • Familiarity with global TRS requirements concept and capable of understanding and applying requirements to products. Able to understand basic legal concepts and implications. • Experience working with third party certification bodies/government agencies is a plus. • English language fluency. Chinese native language. Additional languages knowledge is highly appreciated. • 1 year experience related to requested activities. • Highly motivated and results driven, able to deliver under pressure in a dynamic environment, assuring high quality standards. • Ability to work independently, keeping focus on the right priorities with a limited supervision by managers.

• Master of Science Degree in Engineering. • Demonstrated Prioritization and Problem Solving Capability. • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to interact at all levels within and outside the company. • Computer Literate with exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
