Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Serve as a professional management consultant of GE Healthcare in all public and client settings. Lead the team to establish relationships with top hospital. Serve as a liaison with clients and GE stakeholders, including sales, modality, training, etc. Lead internal the cross function teams to conduct the strategic project, in charge of the project design, project management, and execution. Be able to consult client’s needs, provide optimal solutions and achieve consulting credibility. Deliver executive presentation independently and be able to manage client’s expectation. Own expertise in one or more GE tools. Lead the team for on-site delivery with high quality, on time and on budget. Develop Performance Solutions consulting product service line based on external and internal needs and build the corresponding GO TO Market plan.

Qualifications/Requirements

Either with Clinical background or management consulting background.Bachelor Degree minimum, MBA preferred. Understand Chinese hospital market and management trends. Minimum 5-year solid working experience in healthcare industry; Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills. Operation management skill needed. Black Belt preferred. If not certified, required to enter Black Belt track and achieve certification within two years. Willingness to travel frequently.

Identified leadership: proactive thinking, open-minded, accountable and responsible to exceed the pererrorformance expectation, strong team leading and coaching skills to ensure efficient team delivery. Down-to-earth working style: detail and fact-oriented; demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills; great problem solving skills with practical sense of what works and does not work in complex situations.
