Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review and Manage SJV contracts from customers in a timely and accurate manner
· Follow up open issues related to order processing persistently and effectively
· Quickly and effectively respond customers' various queries in a professional way
· Treat customers' claims with high priority and business senses
· Order & sales tracking as daily work.
· Learn new process and improve existing process
Qualifications:
· At least two years’ experience of commercial or customer service
· Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
· Excellent Excel skill
· Active and positive attitude and mature personality
· Good process sense and basic business understanding
· Good English and Mandarin communication skills
· Multi-national company working experience will be a plus
