职位描述
Primary Responsibilities:
• In charge of preparing monthly review (MOR) package for review with GPM and APO product line management team, and weekly Value Gap review with Global Finance/Pricing team
• Participate in SII/OP/GPB/Quarterly estimate preparation, responsible for product line target allocation and communicate to country/product line managers
• Work closely with APO product line managers and country commercial finance to track daily sales/position progress by country/product line level and drive business growth to meet OP target.
• Gatekeeper of Asia product line closing data accuracy. Intensively involved in monthly process of cross pole sales/margin allocation, sales/margin adjustment uploading, inflation/deflation calculation, and market maker plan/forecast preparation by communication with other pole finance
• Support APO product line managers on new product launch (NPI) by providing detail financial analysis on payback (4-Blocker), and support during APO/Global review
• Set up NPI sales/margin target during SII/OP timing with country/APO product line managers, provide Say/Do tracking on monthly basis
• Fine tune the structure/mechanism of Asia digital cockpit to bring real-time visibility of key metrics details for various kinds of functional and regional users
• Drive Global PLP project, work closely with IT/product line management team/country to make sure product alignment and system digitization
• Yearly VCP calculation for product line management team
• Support finance simplification/digitalization or process improvement projects
• Ad hoc analysis for the requests from Global or Asia all function teams
Qualifications Required:
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to work with cross-pole, cross-country and cross-function team
• Solid finance analytical and problem solving skills in challenging business environment
• BA/BS/Master in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and oral
• Efficient computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
• Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) preferred
