To ensure Safety is given foremost priority in everything we do in the plant first by respecting and following all safety procedures and regulations
? Establish and continuously improve the test methods, equipments, general fixtures for higher efficiency.
? Supervise test system establishing and continuous improvement, e.g. maintain and continuous improve the test technician procedures and forms, ensure high test repeatability.
? Review the test plan and test report (internally and externally) if necessary, and approve them if no problem.
? Work with Quality manager to coordinate the test resource.
? Determine the test equipment maintenance strategy with quality manager, and ensure the equipment maintenance is obtained as the strategy.
? Follow up the failure Test, and support or supervise the failure analysis.
? Share test resource information to product line and other related managers if necessary and forecast of test equipment. Follow up the correction action
? Support Budget implementation for Consumables for Area of responsibility as well look for continuous cost reduction ideas.
? Materials Incoming Inspection
? Interpret and perform material testing’s (microstructure, hardness tests, …)
? Writing, tracking and escalating complaints and 8D reports to the supplier
? Writing material test reports
? Handling of the incoming goods in SAP
? Supplier handling
? Writing and tracking supplier complaints together with 8D report
? Defining PPAP requirements
? Defining and tracking rework and sorting actions together with the supplier
? Perform other reasonable duties as required.
? Process inspection including HT and laser welding
? Material analysis for ECC
? Review supplier PPAP documents (Material related)
? Standarization of material inspection, especially for microstructure analysis

? To develop a Motivated, Capable and skillful, Quality machining team with clear structure, defined work responsibilities with minimum overlap. To maintain organization performance at optimum level by defining skill based training.
1. To standardized and implement working for Physical and Chemical Lab.
2. To Train Operator and Technicians to follow standardized work.
3. Continuously improve standardized work by PDCA Cycle.
4. To have close communication with reporting team to understand feedback and act upon it,


Qualifications:

? University degree in Material Science or equivalent
? Minimum 2 year’s experiences in a Materials Lab Environment (automotive industry preferred)
? Ability to communicate in both written and spoken Chinese an asset, English would be helpful
? Basic knowledge of P.C.’s and relevant software packages
? Proficient in lab equipment operation rule & maintain requirement
? Know Blueprint reading of material characteristics and specifications.
? Basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies (e.g. hard turning, grinding, …)
? Basic knowledge of the core quality tools
? Data analysis skills, like Q-das experience
