Job Description
? Review internal customer sales contracts
? Issue POs to suppliers to reach target delivery dates and guaranty acceptable quality.
? Responsible for Supplier daily management.
? Organize export product shipments to internal customers, and prepare relevant documentation.
? Issue Invoices / Credit Notes to internal customers when requested
? Collect Bills from Suppliers
? Process claims from internal customers
? Process claims to suppliers
? Liaise with QC department to ensure product quality is matching with customer requirements
? Informs Sourcing Section when any purchase condition is changed at supplier request
Qualifications
? Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields,
? At least 2 years experience
? Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high pressure environment
? Native Chinese. Confident, articulate and accurate spoken and written English
? Good analysis skills and organizational skills
? Understanding of import / export business a plus
? Knowledge of ERP or Database systems a plus

Flexibility
The post-holder will need to be able to manage tasks from different areas and with differing requirements and should be able to switch between the various demands from clients and colleagues at any given time.
The post-holder will be required primarily to work standard office hours but on occasion there may be a requirement to work outside of these hours if a project demands it. In addition, although based in Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech Park.
