Responsibilities
? Develop and manage a deal review process
? Assist in defining pricing guidelines across the products and services portfolio for China that ensure competitiveness while yielding sufficient margins
? Assist in development and management of Cloud revenue reporting for China.
? Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.
? Manage revenue forecast for China in collaboration with WW HP Cloud FP&A team
? Manage Month End Close activities
? Work in coordination with GRRO to provide Revenue recognition guidance to the business.
? Lead and advise on the most complex business initiatives in China
? Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.
? Represent the business unit on cross-regional or cross functional projects.
Education and Experience Required
? First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
? Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst with previous experience in a Sales Finance function.
? Experience in a variety of finance functions preferred
Knowledge and Skills Required:
? Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
? Superior communication and influencing skills.
? Superior teamwork skills
? Excellent business acumen.
? Excellent project management skills.
