职责 Responsibilities:
? 注重细节，有成熟的工作理念，能在复杂多变的情况下做出正确的判断
? 了解生产线、产品规格及客户对特定产品的需求，能与供应商进行初步谈判。
? 熟练掌握谈判技巧
? 能理解相关品类的战略性方案，与品类经理一起探讨策略
? 能通过与市场部沟通，选准热卖的促销商品，会运用数据发布准确的促销信息
? 能通过与库存组的沟通，制定恰当的库存上限和下限
? 能通过数据分析、竞争对手评估和个人影响领导团队与供应商进行谈判
? 能制定相关品类的战略性方案，交由品类经理审核批复
? 具备一定的领导能力和个人影响力
? 能向供应商销售和市场部门的高层管理人员及本公司总监级别的同事做presentation
? Strong vendor negotiation.
? Must have strong attention to detail, solid work ethic.
? Must exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations.
? Must understand the product lines, specs and what makes the customer buy that particular product.
? Must have solid negotiation skills.
? Must be able to understand the strategic direction of the category and help the CM set the direction.
? Must be able to interact with marketing – choose hot promotions and understand using data whether or not they are successful.
? Must be able to interact with inventory to set appropriate stock levels.
? Must be able to lead vendor negotiations through data analysis, competitive evaluation and personal influence.
? Can create the strategic direction of the category and send to the CM for approval.
? Can influence others in the company at levels above and below.
? Leadership skills, can lead a team.
? Can present to high level sales & marketing positions at our vendors as well as director level positions at Staples

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 知识,技能和经验:
? 能与部门内部和其他部门同事友好共事
? 本科以上学历，MBA优先考虑

? Must be able to work well with others in and out of the department.
? Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
