QA Manager
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for or assures the following functional quality activities: incoming component quality assurance, process quality assurance, quality cost, quality assurance internal process, outgoing product quality assurance, NCR analysis, product and process audits, and other quality requirements
2. Leads the QA organization in setting and achieving quality goals, programs and activities to meet customer and internal needs and expectations
3. Develop strong, positive relationships with customers' quality team to enhance overall business and plant relationships
4. Experience in high volume manufacturing environment
5. Expert knowledge about formal quality management systems, including applicable industry requirements (ISO/TS16949)
6. Experience of setting high standards for quality team members' behaviors, competence and performance, exhibits strong character in dealing with others to ensure proper individual and group behaviors with respect to quality and performance
7. Broad business skills including HR and Finance.
8. Supports quality functional requirements and improvement activities

Experience requirements
1. Experience in high volume manufacturing environment
2. Expert knowledge about formal quality management systems, including applicable industry requirements (ISO/TS16949)
3. Experience of setting high standards for quality team members' behaviors, competence and performance, exhibits strong character in dealing with others to ensure proper individual and group behaviors with respect to quality and performance
4. Broad business skills including HR and Finance.

Education & Skills
1. Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Mechanical discipline
2. A Minimum Of 7yrs Years in Quality, 3 years at management role
3. Solar industry experience would be a plus
4. Proficient leading projects, discussion, negotiations skills are needed
5. Ability to negotiate, able to work under pressure
6. Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to influence and leverage the organization to support Quality initiatives and projects
7. Responds quickly and effectively to customer and internal quality issues, exhibiting strong communication skills externally and Internally
8. Effective team worker
