JOB TITLE: Accountant 总账会计，成本会计
LOCATION: Shanghai (Qingpu) 上海---青浦
REPORTING LINE: Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect the purchase invoice and supporting document, check its validity to fulfill the requirement of IPP and governmental regulation;
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely AP booking, AP account settlement and reporting for domestic and international entities;
- Be responsible to clear GRIR on timely basis by closing working to ensure the accuracy of accrual liability, follow up the overdue and open AP items;
- Ensure expenditure reimbursement compliance with Company policy and notify the related manager if there is any violation;
- Make sure the good communication with colleagues, others departments, external suppliers and auditors;
- Payment release via e-banking;
- Voucher filing & document scanning;
- Assist auditing/local inspections;
- Other financial task assigned by manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy and Finance;
- At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting field, experience in multinational companies is preferred;
- SAP practical experience is preferred;
- Detail-oriented, be accurate with numbers;
- Good team player;
- Willing to work under pressure and challenge
