Role Summary/Purpose

Be responsible for leading project team to ensure successful execution, customer’s satisfaction and healthy project finance of assigned MES system projects.

Essential Responsibilities

- Owner of the project from order to remittance.
- Responsible for contracts review, project schedules, co-ordination, and customer relationship to ensure on time completion of projects
- Ownership of project costing and resources plan, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ownership of quality control, vendor management, and outsourcing planning.
- Strictly adhere to the company policies and procedures in project execution.
- Reporting project progress/ financials timely to Manager.
- Support proposal team in project bidding process from technical to commercial.
- Skills set development plan of the project team.
- Assessment and evaluation on team members
- Regular review on CM plan, costing structures, vendor management, and resource utilizations to be operational excellence.
- Cross function cooperation and cross poles communications.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5 years experience in Industrial Automation area of which at least 3 years in managing SCADA/MIS/MES automation software projects with proven references.
- Project management knowledge with a firm understanding at all project phases, finance, and controls.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to take multi-task effectively, ability to crisis management
- Good people management and leadership skills.
- Good spoken and written English, Mandarin.
- Good Computer Skills
- Good knowledge on MES, HMI and Database is preferred
- Project Experience in Automotive, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Metal, Water, Energy or Food & Beverage would be a plus
- Able and willing to work in site project environment
- Working under pressure.
