职位描述
Job Scope:
Under the direction of the Managing Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for new customer development, sales order procurement, market/competitor analysis and development of business strategy.
Responsibilities:
1. Contact and visit current & prospective customers to explore all possible business opportunities.
2. Develop new business and promote products actively.
3. Develop and manager OEM and Distribution customers.
4. Execute and follow up sales orders to meet customer requirements.
5. Collect and analyse market information and prepare sales forecast as required by company.
6. Regularly report to the Managing Director on business activities, competitor activities and significant changes in the marketplace.
7. Establish, develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
8. Negotiating larger contracts (development, supply contracts).
Requirements:
· 5 + years selling to COSMETIC COMPANIES. Experience with Beauty Salon Distribution channels helpful.
· University graduate, prefer degree in areas of physics, electronics, or material science.
· Independent, self-motivated, customer oriented, and strong relationship builder.
· Good communication skill and strong team-work orientation.
· High personal integrity.
· Good written and oral English.
· Familiar with MS Office software.
