The Assisting Manager at PO is responsible to the C.E.O. and the Head of Principals’ Office for all matters relating to the management of the Office.

Specifically, the Assisting Manager at PO is responsible for:

Assisting the Head of Principals’ Office with office administration matters.

Liaison between the C.E.O. and:

o Members of the Senior Executive (the Chinese Principal, Vice-Principal (Strategy) and the Chief Financial Officer).
o Managers and members of staff,
o Local government and regulatory officials.

The welfare of overseas staff supplied by Haileybury and from other sources, including management of visa, travel, accommodation and general support.

Special projects, as requested by the C.E.O. and the Head of Principals’ Office from time to time.
