1. Check all AP vouchers, including trade invoices and non-trade invoices to make sure the payment procedure is in line with company's policy and comply with statutory requirement. Reconcile trade payable account with IC parties. Prepare overseas payment.2. Check for sufficient invoices / receipts and if there is any cash advance for staff claims. Ensure all payments paid are according to company policy and statutory requirements. Check each shop opening petty cash/daily petty cash and staff's cash advance application and settlement.
3. Check sales reconciliation of assigned shops. Find the sales discrepancy between the system and receipts with banks, also reconcile with landlord statements.
4. Supervise branches petty cash deposit and check shop daily sales vouchers to be in line with actual sales data.
5. Maintain shipment master data including Duty, VAT and freight charges.
6. Perform bank payment online or on-site and make sure all payments should be paid timely.
7. Attend stock take based on the company's stock take schedule.
8. Assis annual audit/sales audit/corporative annual audit and other special audit projects.
9. Assist in tax related activities including VAT invoices purchase/verified/volumn in creasing, withholding tax and stamp duty application
10. Perform ad hoc projects when necessary.

Skills & knowledge:
？ Hold technical secondary school,
？ Have more than 1 year related working experience
？ Be familiar with SAP is welcomed
？ Have detail working attitude, can execute assignment with high efficiency. Have team spirit and can work under pressure. Have a clear personal development goal, is willing to grow with the company
？ Be good at writing and reading English
？ Hold entrance certificate of accounting
