Responsibilities:

-monitor the operation performance day to day, make sure all activities (include but not limit to receiving,picking,pre-retail,shipping) carried out in warehouse is complied with agreed process.
-well prepare precise daily working plan with cost saving conscious
-generate Weekly report and monthly staff performance report
-direct the hiring, training, and motivating the staff
-keep the residues in accordance with warehosue system, provide regular inventory counting
-guarantee warhouse space fully utilization and maximum optimaziton with accept methods.
-be responsible for maintenance of the warehouse infrastructure and ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment
-cooperate with Logistics Division HQ and collegues in FICE

Requirements:

-bachelor degree or above
-at least 5 years’ hands on experience specializing in logistics
-be familiar with warehousing and storage, administration and management, accounting and legal knowledge
-high level supervisory skills and training skills, personnel and human resources
-advanced user of MS Office, basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Skype
-highly motivated, highly efficient, self-directed with attentiveness and team spirit
-knowledge of English is preferred
