Key Accountabilities:
主要职责
Strategic Purchasing
-Strategic sourcing for business growth;
-Secure supply chain of key operational materials;
-Carry out active market research and suppliers benchmark including location, demand, supply, technological trend, etc., analyze supply base and watch competitors sourcing activities and strategic movement;
-Produce timely resources and supply status reports and communicate with procurement, operations and management;
-Carry out materials and/or Traded Good, Tolling/OEM sourcing;
Daily Functional Management
-Carry out & supervise daily purchasing activities;
-Develop, implement and follow up department process include purchase, planning, inventory, logistics to keep it run smoothly and efficiency;
-Coordinate with various functions such as production, warehouse, maintenance, QA, finances, etc. to ensure in-time PO and ensure the operational materials supply and spare parts availability in plan and in time;
-Carry out vendor rating/supply improvement schemes and make effective proposal on working capital improvement;
-Analysis and benchmarking on purchasing activities
-Trouble shooting in daily purchasing activities

- Self-motivated, persisting, able to work under pressure and flexible to frequent traveling

Technical Knowhow Expectation
-Quick understand to the mapping of key raw materials and supply market which is critical to industrial, R & D and business development decision of Weber in China
-Understand the basic knowledge of the impact of key raw materials specification to products quality

Communication Skills
-Active and persuasive, easy approach personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills, coordination capability in complex situation;

-English literacy

圣戈班伟伯-麦克斯特
圣戈班伟伯于1902年始创于法国，2008年与麦克斯特集团合并，是预拌砂浆行业的世界领导者，在全球35个国家为您的建筑提供新建及翻新的解决方案。
伟伯绿建作为集团登陆中国的平台于2004年在上海顺利成立。位于南汇区的工厂占地面积22,000m2，采用从奥地利进口的全套设备，年设计生产能力10万吨。
2005年总投资达1.5亿元的麦克斯特建筑材料（北京）有限公司在北京昌平建厂投产。年设计生产能力30万吨，生产设备全部采用集团的m-tec公司制造的最新设备，产品配方来自集团的芬兰帕拉依宁建筑材料开发及应用实验室，该实验室也是欧盟标准化委员会用于建材检测的指定实验室。公司所有产品及配方经过严格的欧盟环保测试，在满足国际环保标准、欧洲环保标准的同时，还满足世界上最严格的北欧建材环保标准M1。2007年2月，又成立了北京麦克斯特建筑装饰工程有限公司，建立了从产品到施工的一整套业务体系。
