主要职责：

这一职位主要负责零售金融贷款审批团队的日常管理事务，协助制定团队的发展战略和规划，梳理优化业务处理流程和客户服务质量，确保公司在信贷风险可控的前提下发展业务。

日常审批业务管理

- 梳理优化零售日常审批业务流程，针对流程中存在的问题，协调资源解决或优化，以达到效率、风控和服务的平衡；

- 对于权限内申请出具信贷审批意见

供应商管理

- 维护与供应商之间的良好合作关系，实现双方互利共赢；

- 关注有利于提升我司零售信贷服务或我司零售信贷风险控制的合作渠道，并积极拓宽合作渠道和合作内容；

预算和费用管理

- 根据业务情况，完成费用的预算，并确保实际费用支出在预算范围之内；

- 掌握信贷审批流程中涉及的法务、合规政策以及市场信息

跨部门沟通

- 与销售部门，风险管理部门以及财务部门合作维护贷款并/或解决问题

优质客服和项目管理及其他

- 积极反馈并落实经销商和客户各项需求并给予落实

- 完成分配项目工作并提供业务能力培训指导初级审批完成工作

- 完成上级主管安排的其他相关工作

团队管理

- 根据业务发展情况调整团队构架或工作安排，保证高效的人员及业务管理

任职资质:

1. 金融或相关专业本科或以上学位

2. 至少8年在金融相关行业经验，有信贷相关经验优先

3. 卓越团队管理能力，能够在压力下工作

4. 卓越的跨部门、跨文化的沟通协商能力

5. 英文流利（口头和书面）

Position: Sr. Credit Analysis Manager

Location: Shanghai

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for analyzing retail financial application with related information and materials and performs assessment of the risk of offering credit to individuals.

Daily examination and approval of business management

Daily Credit Approval Management

- Optimizing daily credit approval process of Retail Finance Dept., coordinate available resources to solve or optimize problems that occurs in daily procedure to achieve efficiency, risk control and services;

- Apply credit approval decision for authorized cases

Vendor Management

- Maintain good relationship with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation;

- Keep an eye on possible cooperative channels to enhance service or credit risk control of retail finance credit team, and actively expand channels for cooperation;

Budget and Cost Management

- Compile cost budget and ensure actual expenses within budget according to business situation,;

- Staying informed about the legal, compliance and market-risk-related issues involved in the approval of credit

Cross-function Communication

- Coordinate with Sales, Risk management and Finance Dept. to maintain loan portfolio and / or solve problems

Service and program management and others

- Actively feedback customer’s opinion and take actions to satisfy various requirements from dealers and customers

- Complete assigned project management tasks and provide training and guidance to Junior CA;

- Perform other ad-hoc work tasks assigned by the superior

Team Management

- Properly adjust team structure and task assignment according to business development to ensure highly efficient staff and task management

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree and above in Finance or related discipline

2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking or finance related environment, related credit analysis experience is preferred

3. Excellent team management ability, able to work under pressure

4. Excellent cross functional and cross cultural communications and negotiation ability

5. Excellent English (orally and written)
