Position: HR Support Services Manager AP


Reporting to: Director Employee Services AP

Responsibilities:

  • Build up AP HR Support Services in line with AP HR Services delivery model deployment with high quality and efficiency.
  • Drive employee life-cycle related HR processes, systems standardization and optimization based on the business needs, responsible for service quality continuous improvement as per agreed KPI.
  • Ensure compliance alignment and improvement for HR Support Services key processes.
  • Drive customer value strategy deployment within HR Support Services team.
  • Manage team, build and upgrade services talent and capability, drive employee engagement and talent management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • LSS knowledge and skill set (GB/BB is preferred), Project Management skill.
  • Customer service mind-set, high confidentiality requirement, operational excellence and change management capability.
  • Familiar with China Labor Law, social security regulations and policies and standard HR processes.
  • Good command of English speaking and report writing.
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner and all times with all levels of customers.
  • Excellent computer skills especially in word, excel, PowerPoint. Good presentation skill.
  • Mature, independent, strong self-motivation, team work, innovative thinking, working under pressure.
  • Responsible and conscientious for the job.
  • Pay attention to details and accountability.
  • Min. Yrs. Experience: 9 Years
  • Education Standard: B.A. or Above
  • Percentage of Travel: up to 15%
