Responsibilities:

1) Establish and maintain good working relationships with trade media in the North China region

2) Generate regular media exposure and increase awareness of the Savills brand in North China

3) Pitch ideas for articles to key media and generate interviews for Savills China management

4) Organize press conferences (corporate and project), regular media briefings and any other events as and when required

5) Seek out valuable PR opportunities for Savills China, e.g. participation in events, trade shows, sponsorship packages

6) Plan corporate events and internal activities as and when required

7) Provide consulting services to other departments on media buy and PR activities on a project basis, as and when requested

8) Handle crisis management for Savills North China offices and departments as and when required

9) Scope of work covers all Savills offices in the North China region

10) To strictly abide the Company's regulations and staff handbook.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor or above

2. Qualification: CET- 6 or above

3. Major: Marketing, Real-Estate Management

4. Experience: More than eight years of relevant working experience, Extensive trade media contacts in Northern China

5. Proficiency: Effectively bilingual in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

6. Capability: Team player who is able to interface with all departments and levels of management
