Supplier Qualification Support company in supplier qualification process ensuring that the correct suppliers are selected. Also, give input when a new supplier is found or existing supplier is manufacturing a new part in order to secure technical compliance.
？ Supplier De-selection Support company in supplier de-selection process ensuring that the correct suppliers are phased out.
？ Performance Monitoring & Supplier Improvement ：Monitor the performance (PPM, claims, etc) and implement improvement projects with suppliers (as needed in agreement with DP category manager)
？ Process Audits：Plan and perform process audits of preferred suppliers and poor performing suppliers.
？ S-PPAPs Responsible for the part approval of new parts from R&D projects. Handover to SC and SQE will occur at M5 (before M6).
？ Strategic Supplier Projects：Supplier development projects based on CoPQ data, PPM data, claims data or strategic projects in cooperation with company category team leaders
