职位描述
HR
1. 招聘工作,包括:Recruiting, including:
- 负责简历筛选、初步面试、面试安排和面试进程/结果跟踪;
Be responsible for screening resumes、first interview、interview arrangement and process/ending follow;
- 负责员工报到事宜,包括发放“新员工报到准备资料邮件”,“欢迎新员工入职邮件”,办理员工报到手续等;
Be responsible for employee on board, including providing “New Colleague on board preparation mail”, ”Welcome New Colleague mail”, make on board procedures.
- 负责招聘结果统计,建立公司简历库,按时向人力资源及行政主管汇总报告;
Be responsible for recruiting ending Statistics, set up resume database, Collect report to HR & A Supervisor on time.
- 协助人力资源及行政主管维护和拓展招聘渠道。
Assist HR & A Supervisor to maintain and enlarge recruiting channels.
2. 培训工作,包括:Training, including;
- 负责安排岗前培训事宜,包括事前的培训计划制定,事中的培训组织和跟踪及事后的培训效果评估和相关表单、记录收集;
Be responsible for Orientation training, including make training plan, organize training and following, evaluate training effect, collect related tables and records;
- 负责公司培训的协调组织工作,收集和整理员工培训资料和档案;
Be responsible for coordinate training, collect and finish the files of colleagues training.
- 协助人力资源及行政主管讲授“公司介绍及人事、行政政策”等岗前培训内容;
Assist to make orientation ”company Introduction and HR、Admin Policy”;
- 协助人力资源及行政主管进行培训需求调查、年度计划制定等工作。
Assist HR & A Supervisor to make training need research、annual plan and so on.
3. 员工关系管理,包括:Staff relation management, including:
- 加强员工内部的沟通和交流,向人力资源及行政主管及时反馈并提供建议;
Strengthen internal communication, feedback to HR & A supervisor timely and provide suggestion.
- 协助人力资源及行政主管组织公司团体活动,例如年会、旅游等;
Assist HR & A Supervisor organize group activity, such as annual meeting、touring and so on;
- 负责美国总部期刊杂志的发放和管理;
Be responsible for provide and manage magazine from USA headquarter
- 负责员工生日礼物的购买等。
Be responsible for buy birthday presents for colleagues
4. 考勤及绩效管理,包括:Work attendance and performance management, including:
- 负责各地假期查询、核对和管理;
Be responsible for query、check and manage vacation of all.
- 负责华东区的考勤记录,与各地销售及行政助理协作,回收、统计和核对全国各地办公室的考勤与请假情况,向人力资源及行政主管定时汇报;
Be responsible for record work attendance of East China, cooperate with Sales & A assistant, reclaim、record and check work attendance and leave for all office, report to HR & A Supervisor timely;
- 协助人力资源及行政主管做好试用期评估和年末绩效评估工作,及时提醒和确认通过试用期人员名单和合同续签人员名单;
Assist HR & A Supervisor to do probation evaluation and annual performance evaluation, remind 、check list of the colleagues who passed probation and need renewing contract.
- 负责员工离职手续办理等。
Be responsible for transact dimission procedure and so on
5. 文书及报告,包括:Files and reports, including:
- 提交每月HR&Admin报告,并应人力资源及行政主管要求提供针对某一职能块所需的数据及分析报告;
Put in HR & A report every month, provide dates and analysis report aim at one function according to HR & A Supervisor`s need;
- 负责公司组织结构图、员工联系表的日常更新;Be responsible for renew Organization Chart、employee contact list and so on;
- 协助人力资源及行政主管做好人事资料的整理和管理工作,建立和维护更新每位员工的人事档案。
Assist HR & A Supervisor to manage HR information, set and maintain renew HR files of employee.
Requirements:
1. 本科以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业毕业;
BS above, graduate from HRM or related speciality;
2. 3年以上人力资源及行政管理相关工作经验;
At least 3 years working experience in HR & A
3. CET4以上,英语听、说、读、写流利;CET-4 above;
Fluent in both oral and writing English;
4. 熟练使用办公自动化软件,包括Word,Excel,Powerpoint等;
Use office software proficiently, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and so on;
5. 良好的沟通能力、组织能力和执行能力,工作仔细,有耐心;
Good communication skills、organize skills and administer skills, careful and patience;
6. 强烈的工作责任心和团队合作意识。
Strong working responsibility and consciousness of team working.
