Summary
This tier 1 European automotive supplier is currently seeking a China Program Director to join its outstanding and highly professional senior management team in its APAC headquarters in Shanghai

Key responsibilities:

take full responsibility of the whole project management department across China
lead a team of 20 project managers across China
provide guidance and support to the project management team, set up targets and project timelines for subordinates
assume P&L responsibilities with capital spending of ? 85M
work closely with counter parts in Europe, North America and China
Key requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
at least 10 years’ project management experience in the automotive industry
strong leadership and people management skills
great communication skills
fluent in English
