Summary
A world-leading international packaging company is looking for a competent Costing Manager to support its booming business. This role is based in Shanghai.

Key responsibilities:
set the budget filling to follow and control the system
set up the standard cost system, process and report system under Oracle circumstance
lead the inventory, cost analysis and control cross department
organise physical inventory quarterly and provide PI report
responsible for cost set up, update and review standard cost in Oracle
review and analyse the PPV, IPV and job close variance
prepare the budget of standard cost rate including resource, labour and overhead rate
setup the inter company price list for internal transactions between 5 subsidiary companies
prepare the gross margin report and check the reasons

Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting
more than 8 years' costing experience in manufacturing firms, familiar with whole costing process
proficient in Excel, familiar with ERP system and Oracle is preferred
excellent written or verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English
self-motivated, good team work spirit
