Duties:
1.Coordinate with internal and external parties for assigned tasks.
2.Focus on the sourcing activity for a wide range of product, such as Chemicals, Machinery, Construction material, etc…
3.Assists in the business development, product information survey and market situation research and prepare the report accordingly.
4.Summarize the actual commission contribution for the Financial Analysis.
5.Prepare the regular reports and project progress report.
6.Assists IGM for meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, meeting follow up issues, travel request of the team.
7.Other administrative and business support.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor holder with major in International Trade, Business Admin, Marketing.
2.Confident, excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills.
3.Good organizing and coordination skills and good time management.
4.Good document filing skills.
5.Willing to learn, proactive and diligent.
6.Can work under pressure.
