Specific duties and responsibilities (max. 10)

1. Establish the appropriate project organization;
2. Select Project Core Team members in conjunction with functional management;
3. Plan, coordinate, track , report and implement the entire project;
4. Achieve the agreed project objectives;
5. Ensure consideration and tracking of supplier related (outsourced) activities;
6. Perform risk management; establish a trustful and close relationship with Customer
7. Guarantee smoothly project transfer to SOP
Key figures (quantities, budget etc.) only for senior management
Return on Sales, Return on Capital Employed, Project Hours, Investment/Tooling Cost
Scope of authority
Project Timing, Technical Solution, Cost Optimization

Internal: Purchasing/Industrial Engineering/Quality/Supplier Quality/Engineering/Controlling/

External: Customer Organization (Purchasing, Project Manager, Supplier Quality), Supplier Organization

Formal education / course of study
Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Professional experience (years, function)
5-8 years working experience in Automotive Industry, and 3-5 years Project management experience
Technology education background & experience will be highly preferred
Specialized knowledge and skills
Project Management skill, APQP process. Communication skill. Leadership
