职位描述

Role title: IT Transport Program Manager

Reports to: China IT Director

Overall Role Purpose
Responsibility for the management of the IT Transport Solution (TMS and its related application/services) in China
Lead, motivate and responsible for coaching and development the team members
Working together with the APAC IT Transport team to meet business requirements and supporting growth strategy
Stakeholder management which include the China Transport team, IT Team, and also the Business Development team
Identify, deliver and communicate IT Value to the business community
Vendor management of the respective vendors involved in the delivery of IT Transport solution

Key activities
External stakeholder
Manage multiple vendors to provide the best value solution to the business
Manage multiple customers to provide the best cost effective solution on a timely manners
Internal stakeholder
Ensure delivery of IT services to the agreed SLA
Ensure regular, timely and accurate reporting of service, cost and quality KPI
Continues process improvement for efficiency, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.
Own the communication with the China business team (Transport and Business Development) to ensure their understanding of the IT solution offering and its value
Develop strong relationship with the regional team to ensure that China’s business requirements and challenges are accounted in the regional IT solution planning

Lead the team
Manage China IT Transport products and application support
Engage users and ensure that their changing needs are met
Continues improvement of the existing application support operation
Ensure that the high performance for IT application support is met at the lowest cost
Deliver the financial performance within the budget
Identify new market trends and/or technology solution that we need to bring to the market to support our growth strategy
People Management
Motivate and train the team to be effective and efficient
Develop IKO with team members and monitor their performance
Conduct performance evaluation
Manage and allocated appropriated resources and commitment of staff to achieve the goal and objectives are met
Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled team
Key Capabilities & Skills
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years at management level
Previous experience as Project/Program Manager
University degree
Good understanding of Transport and Supply Chain operation
Strong experience in packaged software implementation
Experience in working in a matrix organization
Vendor management experience – know how to get the best out of the vendors
Good knowledge of the different IT services/products in the market
Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
Analytical skills
Good Presentation and Communication skills in English and Chinese
Ability to perform under pressure
Commercial awareness, customer focus
Leader, team player and self-starter
