We are now looking for energetic, right-caliber candidates to join our fast growing HR Consulting team:

• Deliver HR consulting projects, including executive compensation, compensation & benefits, performance management, organization design, HR process, etc.
• Identify, assess and resolve issues/problems.
• Prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
• Coach junior team members and provide advice to individuals who may be at the same level.
  

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
Sr. Consultant / Consultant

• Degree holder in relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years experience in HR consulting or professional advisory services.
• Highly fluent in Mandarin.
• Others same as above.
