POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for automobile inside&outside mirror FEA validation in the product development phase.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for the natural frequency, frequency response, strength and aerodynamics analyses of the mirror products
2. Build up finite element (FE) model based on the reasonable simplification and assumption
3. Evaluate and explain the calculation results, such as frequency, stress, displacement and pressure.
4. Create the analysis report and make the recommendations for the design improvement as well.
5. Correlate the CAE results with the physical testing and optimize the FE setting.
6. Understand the testing procedure to apply into FE methodology.
7. Accommodate the correlation lesson learn.
8. Work together with design team and testing team.
9. Complete other appointed jobs from manager.

QUALIFICATION
Minimum Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, material engineering or related majors.
Minimum two years’ experience in automotive industry.
Hyperworks is required. ANSYS /ABAQUS is required to master at least one software
Polymer knowledge and plastics filled glass fiber property are optional
Familiar with linear and nonlinear static analysis, such as contact.
Experiences in Catia and CFD preferable
Good oral and written English.
Good communication, team worker, self-motivation.

1. 负责镜像产品的模态，频率响应，强度以及空气动力学的分析。
2. 基于合理的假设和简化，建立有限元分析的模型。
3. 根据频率分析，强度分析和空气动力学分析的结果，做出合理的解释和评价。
4. 创建分析报告并对设计做出改进的建议。
5. 比较试验测试的结果，并对有限元模型的设置进行改进。
6. 理解测试的步骤，并能用相应的有限元方法进行模拟。
7. 积累实验对标的数据并形成经验库。
8. 与设计和测试团队一起工作。
9. 完成部门经理分配的其它指定工作。

岗位基本要求
机械，材料以及相关类本科专业及以上。
至少两年相关汽车行业工作经验。
精通Hyperworks，ANSYS和ABAQUS至少精通一种。
对聚合物和加玻纤的材料有一定的了解。
接触类的非线性分析能胜任。
熟悉CATIA和CFD将优先考虑。
英语口语和书面需要良好。
良好沟通能力和团队精神，具备自我激励能力。
