1. Major accountabilities:
1. Shift management
Handling following jobs in order to improve the workshop productivity.
Coordinate the difference processes to make sure every process running smoothly.
Uses standardize working method to improve the productivity.
Arrange the production to delivery production according to customer takt time.
5S job management in workshop.
2. Communication
Communicate with employees; know what they are thinking about, where we have to improve.
Collect information of Kaizen, after analyzing; supply the improvement method to manager.
3. Continuous improvement
In order to advance the quality of production and cut down cost.
Make the research report and give advice to the AT manager.
Introduce the research result into production; advance the quality or the productivity.
Improve quality and productivity by application of new technology
Cost saving by improvement of management.
Participate into production system project and fulfil project on time.
4. Problems analyzing
In order to improve the quality of production
Potential risk of safety and quality can be found and avoid incidents.
Train the operators; let them know why it happened and how to avoid it.
5. Establish and updated standard work time
In order to establish the standard time
Give reasonable standard time for all process based on actual action and target.
Updated standard time when need.
Evaluate the personnel efficiency through standard work and training.
6. Experience and knowledge sharing
Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.
Examples of activities:
Identify and circulate best practices among other colleagues;
Participate in fora and events
Sharing available tools
2. Expertise:
Education level: Bachelor degree and equivalent through working experience.
5 Years of relevant experience in area XYZ: 5 years experiences in mechanical industry.
