Main Responsibilities:

l Drive the Compliance programs on CCRA

l The provision of Compliance advisory, training, review, etc

l Collecting regulators’ information, study and assessment of regulators macro policies

l Act as bank’s coordinator for regulatory inspections

l Provide Compliance advisory to the senior management and support functions in regulations applicable to their fields

l Coordinate and conduct Compliance trainings to the senior management and support functions on regulatory requirements, applicable laws and regulations, as related to CCRA.

l Managing regulatory relationships, under the supervision of the Team Head

l Receive and disseminate regulatory notices, analyze the contents of the notices, and direct stakeholders to take necessary actions

l Review regulatory reports submitted by CCRA-supported Functions to local regulators. Act as coordinator when such reports require review by other HQ stakeholders.
