Accountabilities:
1. To translate/develop promotional material/ bidding documentation and other sales tools
2. To keep control and monitoring of stock of promotional material and corporate gifts; to keep the stock in order and as per different categories
3. To collect and analyze marketing trend, competitor update, client's feedback and sales performance
4. To work with regional marketing team to develop and maintain Chinese Website
5. To be responsible for the initial screening of marketing events and to organize events; to write up newsletter and summary after each event
6. To maintain and update project experience list for different business sectors
7. To maintain and operate sales force and to produce reports; to be responsible for the timely and accuracy of data entry done by general sales admin
8. To provide administration support to key project bidding

Requirements:
Bachelor degree
3-5 years marketing working experience from industrial company, involved in events organization, promotional material translation/development in marketing communication area
Good written and oral English
Team player, pleasant personality, self motivator
