职位描述
Position: Demand Planner (After Market)
Objectives & Measurement 目标和衡量标准:
Including but not limited to 包括但不限于:
1. Overall responsible for and manage site inventory for AM spare parts.
2. Take care of monthly AM spare parts stock planning by working closely with AM function & logistic team.
3. Regular stock review to ensure proper inventory is built to support business demand, contribute jointly on AM OTD perf.
4. Coordinate with WH to assign physical storage location for AM spare parts and work jointly to improve inventory accuracy level as well consistency with ERP.
5. Centralize AM spare parts demand channels, act as focal point to interface with site production planner to ensure prioritization process is followed and reliable feedback provided to customer.
6. Prepare and distribute internal work orders, work closely with CS to ensure customer Req delivery date can be met.
7. Cross functional coordination with Engineering, Finance & AM team to ensure proper handling of SLOB parts.
8. Identify improvement opportunities, work jointly with CI team to continuously improve on internal business operation process.
9. Project engagement to continuously optimize site AM spare parts inventory.
10. Responsible for AM KPI metrics, make sure data is reliable and truly reflect AM operation performance.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications 业务知识、教育背景和任职
- Bachelor degree with 3-4 working experience
- Basic written English capability
- Good computer skills, strong data analysis capability
- Good communication skills.
- Logical thinking with strong sense of ownership
- Drive passionately for excellence
