Job Purpose
Primary purpose of the role – briefly describe in one or two sentences why the job exists:
? Processing daily operation as per SOP
? Apply good service to meet customer’s KPI requirements.
? Prepare various customer reports accurately and timely.
Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1.Ensure fully understand SOP and 100% compliance
2.Ensure timely processing daily operation as per SOP
3.Ensure all filing is in order and complete.
4.Communicate with internal and external customers / carriers in a timely manner.
5.Receive inquiries and complaints and conduct research to resolve matters in a timely order.
6.Process shipment information on computer system in an efficient manner to meet customer’s KPI requirement.
7.carrier booking and 3rd party comminucation
8.Prepare various customer reports accurately and timely.
