Job Description:
？ General research on market data and business information
？ To perform due diligence work during site visit
？ Assist in market and financial data analysis
？ Assist in performing valuation computation and analysis
？ Assist in valuation report writing
？ To perform any ad hoc task assigned by the Project Manager
？ Reporting to Senior Valuation Specialist or directly to Project Manager
Requirement:
？ Bachelor degree in Real Estate / Finance / Accountancy (local education: 一本, overseas education: GPA 3.0/4.0)
？ Prior working experience in other real estate, valuation or accounting firm is preferred but not necessary
？ Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
？ Fluent in English ( able to listen, speak and write)
？ Good communication skills, verbally and in written form
？ Able to work cohesively in a team
？ Positive learning attitude
