职位描述
Responsibility:
* Set up the strategic planning and engineering goals within broad outlines provided by the top management.
* Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work.
* Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of engineering activities.
* Analyze technology needs and market demands to plan and assess the feasibility of the projects.
* Prepare budgets, bids, and cost estimates, and direct or participate in the negotiation of the contracts.
* Present and explain engineering proposals and reports to clients. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
* Implement and sustain appropriate training programs for operating the facility equipment and systems.
* Ensure all site management and operations practices are in compliance with company and client standards
* Oversee the maintenance and engineering operation of all building systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum ten years of relevant experience in engineering.
* At least five years of experience working as an engineering/technical head.
* Rich experience in handling sites from a project stage.
* Expertise on UPS, HVAC, chillers, compressors and other electrical and mechanical equipments.
* Good organizational / interpersonal and supervisory skills.
* Bachelor degree or above.
* Must be proficient in English and Mandarin reading, writing and speaking.
* Job would include travelling.
