岗位描述:
1. 主要负责高档商业项目的前期市场顾问等工作；
Responsible for Retail Project pre-marketing consultancy;
2. 深入全面了解项目的设计和硬件设施，总结优势、卖点并提出改善建议；
Concluding project strengths and advising improvements based on understanding project design and M&E specifications;
3. 根据商业项目的市场情况，确定项目的市场定位，目标客户及价格体系等；
Consulting on project marketing including positioning, targeting and price strategy
4. 配合市场推广部门，准备前期的市场宣传推广资料，制定推广策略；
Cooperating with Marketing Department to prepare marketing material and establish marketing campaign strategy;
5. 配合主管经理，与业主联系洽谈新的项目，准备相关的各种文件；
Assisting Department Manager to pitching new projects, preparing relevant document and following up
6. 以专业的方式和服务满足包括发展商、投资者及承租方的顾问要求。
Offering professional services to meet consultancy requirements from landlords, investors, and tenants

职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，商业管理、营销，房地产或相关专业；
Bachelor or above, business management, marketing, real estate or relative;
2. 具有3年以上商业项目的策划、顾问、设计或营销工作经验；
More than 3 years in retail plan, consultancy, design, or marketing experience;
3. 思路清晰，善于撰写顾问报告；善于沟通，具有良好的谈判和表达能力；
Excellent capability on writing consultancy report and expressing ideas to clients;
4. 具有团队合作精神，工作认真负责，积极进取，能承受较大的工作强度与压力；
Team work, diligent, proactive, as well as working under pressure and deadline ;
5. 具有良好的英语文字及语言表达能力。
