岗位职责：
1.负责房地产市场土地及项目的调研，数据库的录入、更新及维护；
2.协助完成北京地区房地产市场报告；
3.完成上级安排其它工作。
工作要求：
1.大三以上本科或研究生二年级在读学生；
2.金融、房地产、会计等相关专业；
3.熟练使用Word,Excel,PPT等计算机软件；
4.需要2-3名实习生。
实习时间：3-6个月，从周一到周五，早9:00至晚18：00，中午一个小时休息时间，至少保证每周出勤3天。
Responsibilities:
1.Gain the information of BJ areas land and projects;
2.Data input to Commercial Database;
3.Assist to make property market surveys and finish reports;
4.Some other things Senior Information Officer asked to do.
Requirements:
1.College students in 3rd year;
2.The major is real estate development or related;

3.Proficient in the use Word,Excel,PPT software.
4.2-3 students are Ok.
Time:The period would be 3-6 months, Form Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 18:00pm.
