职责:

助理客服经理需要针对客服运营、业务流程和楼宇功能方面的的建立、管理及维护工作给予客服经理协助和支持。其管理范围包含前台、服务热线、会议室、音频/视频服务、保洁、绿化、邮件/运送和安全服务。协助客服经理及时地回复客户的投诉或请求协助的来电;负责监督、管理、审计并辨别服务的偏差及其产生原因,并采取改正措施以确保未来依照要求标准执行。本职位的推出力求以及时、可靠、专业的态度为客户提供最佳的服务,从而提升项目的运营。

技能要求:

商科或其他相关学科大学学历,三年承包商监管和/或客服管理工作经验。须熟练使用微软办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint),具备物业管理软件应用知识者优先。良好的个人仪表及人际沟通技巧、诚实可靠、工作细致认真、具有团队精神、良好的时间管理技能、具备管理团队及承包商的能力、且能够在有限的时间内完成应交付的工作。必须具有优秀的普通话和英文书面及口语表达能力。

Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Assignment
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this assignment will offer the right candidate an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest publicly listed real estate companies working on site for a top Fortune 500 client. The environment is quite dynamic with a team of well seasoned professionals providing a superior working environment which is constantly looking at opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:
Assist and support the Customer Service Manager on various initiatives as required, overseeing the set up, management and maintenance of the customer service operations, processes and functions of the building. Areas of management include reception, service hotline, conference rooms, audio/visual services, cleaning, landscaping, mail/shipping and security services. Also, to promptly assist the Customer Service Manager to respond to end user challenges and requests for assistance. To monitor, manage, audit, identify service variations and their route cause, and take corrective action to ensure future compliance. The objective of this senior function is to enhance the operation of the project and customer experience by providing best in class service in a timely, reliable, and professional manner.

Skills Required:
University Degree in Business or other appropriate discipline with three years management experience in contractor supervision and/or customer service. Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential and some working knowledge of property management software desirable. Personal attributes should include good personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, honest and reliable, detail orientated, good team player, skilled at time and workload management, ability to manage teams of staff as well as vendors and ability to deliver on deadlines. Good command of written and verbal Mandarin and English essential.
