WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / Shanghai

Description:

Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day operational activities of the logistics operation to reach the company internal targets and deliver service levels that exceed customer expectations.

监督协调公司要求的仓库日常物流运作活动，并在此基础上提高业务的服务水平以满足客户更高的要求。

Supervises a teams of operators

Organizes, leads, motivates, trains, and supervises warehouse subordinates to ensure adherence to working processes and all security, safety and housekeeping rules as directed by the company

Supervises the loading/unloading, put away, picking, scanning, palletizing, packing, and dispatching of goods

Supervises the management and the inventory control of products, prevents damage, and prevents stock disappearance; maintains physical & data inventory accuracy etc.

Supervises the product assembling

Coordinates with internal departments to consistently improve the overall company performance service levels

Responsible for overall material movement operation and inventory verification in warehouse.

Supports Project Manager to provide accurate operation reports.

Ensures operation related documents are properly filed.

监督和管理产品的库存，防止货物损坏，丢失，维护系统以及实际库存的准确

监督小范围的工人组装工作

协调公司内各部门之间的工作，进而提高服务和业务水平

负责仓库内所有的物料移动和库存清查

提供准确的仓库运营报告,以支持项目经理

确保仓库操作的相关报告被完整地和适当地归档.

Requirements:

The position is an on-site position and not an office position. The candidate will operate in the warehouse.

The position requires leading personalities with a service-minded attitude and strong communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, motivation and the ability to work in an integrated team in an impeccable integrity background.

Above 3 years related working experiences

Able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Ability to plan and organize workload

Strong ethics with impeccable integrity

Conversant with main MS software applications

Living near the company warehouse(Dongxue road, Songjiang District)
