-For our Financial Share Service we are looking for a Junior Specialist （Customer Service-Helpdesk）at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
Working Partners/Contacts/Task:
-Working in FSS Customer Service Care Center as a Customer Service Associate。
- Responsible for end to end ticket handling from ticket creation to closure for all inbound calls from various channels (voice, mails, intranet…)
- Issue handling and problem management processes
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor e.g documentation, knowledge data base maintenance
- 财务共享中心客户服务中心，负责财务服务的热线支持，即热线客服专员。
- 负责处理用户电话及邮件问询，主要是回答与财务政策及相关财务知识的问询，协助查询到款及付款信息；
- 处理问题从开始到结束的整个工作的追踪。
- 负责定期更新典型问题及客服解答处理库并持续维护。
- 负责经理安排的其他文档及知识库的维护。
- 主要的服务对象是西门子内部员工及西门子的服务提供商。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Education: Bachelor or above
-Working experience: 1-2 years finance field working experience
Knowledge/Languages:
-Fluent English in speaking and writing;
-Skillful in MS software, such as PPT, Word, Excel;
Capabilities:
-Good communication skills;
-Be responsible and customer oriented;
-Be able to work under pressure during peak season (month end);
-Be willing to learn and quick learning.
1、 本科及以上学历；
2、 至少1-2年财务相关工作经验；
3、 较强的沟通能力，能够与客户、上级顺畅沟通；
4、 反应灵活，思维敏捷，善于根据客户情况及时制定相应的策略；
5、 能够迅速学习新的业务知识，对自已有高要求；
6、 很强的主动服务精神，能够适应业务高峰期的工作压力；
7、 会使用PPT，WORD及EXCEL等工具
