Role Purpose:To support Legal Counsels in the team with various legal matters

Key Accountabilities:
1. To help with contract review and draft
Differenct contracts pre-check and drafting simple contracts

2.To help with retail expansion projects
？ Due Diligence Works
？ Tenance Agreement pre-check and negotiation
？ Frequent contacts with Retail Development team and with brands
？ Lease Reports to HQ

3.To help with legal disputes settlement or legal cases
？ Preparation for supporting documents
？ Legal research
？ Consumers disputes handling

4.To help with filing and archiving works
？ Hard copy files and e-copy records. Must be well-organized and easy for tracking

5.To help with IRP works and anti-counterfeit works
？ Internal files of trademarks certificates and POAs
？ Legal cases preparation

6.To help with company governance works
？ Board Resolutions preparation and filing
？ JV contract and AOA preparation and filing
？ Other archiving works of company governance documents

Requirements:
1.Relevant working experience in law firm and multinational company is a plus.
2.Strong sense of responsibility and concentration. Well-organized
3.Law School Background. Master Degree is a plus.
4.National Judicial Examination Certificate
5.Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills
