Our Global Finance team has an exciting opportunity for a result-oriented individual to join us as an AP Accountant, Shanghai. Driving value for the Group is central to what we do in Global Finance and we want to be the key contact for both commercial and professional advice. The key responsibility for the successful hire would be in charge of payment work in assigned region, which to deliver efficient, effective and best daily bookkeeping and follow automatic postings for IC in SAP.

Main responsibilities:

· Review and follow up with the automatic postings for IC in SAP

· Responsible for the daily bookkeeping of the purchasing from 3rd parties/ IC;

· Responsible for the GRIR clearing and the follow up action;

· Responsible for the staff reimbursement

· Arrange the related payment for 1-2 legal entity.

Pre-requisites:

· Strong interpersonal and accounting background

· Strong accounting system skills, especially for SAP with knowledge of Excel

· Working experience for both local and foreign payment is preferred

· College degree majoring in Accounting or other related majors

· Around 2 years of experience with accounting
