Essential Responsibilities

This role is accountable for fixed assets operation in China hub serving GE global, specialized in Enterprise Standard, GE GAP and regional statutory/tax policies.
Partner with integration resource on regional fixed asset process baseline and reengineering, documenting SOP.
Deliver smooth operation work with clear operational mechanism and review rhythm.
Implement lean six sigma into operation, drive continuous improvement for operation quality and efficiency.
Specialize in US GAAP and regional statutory and tax policy, refreshing knowledge with corporate accounting and regional SME from time to time.
Other initiatives include monitoring BPO operation and participating into global FA tool initiatives etc.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Finance/accounting
3-5 years accounting work experience
Good spoken and written English
Good read and written German is a must
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
Critical thinking, reliable and efficient

Desired Characteristics

MNC/Shared service experience related prefer
US
GAAP/Oracle & SAP knowledge prefer
