DNV Shanghai is operating the DNV data warehouse, and has the responsibility of operational issues, ETL performance, data warehouse data quality and also participant in data warehouse development projects. The data warehouse team in Shanghai is strategically chosen by DNV to have a central role in the operation of the DNV data warehouse. The data warehouse is covering a wide range of both businesses and data warehouse techniques. We need you as a new team player to meet the increasing need for new data warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities
- Daily responsibility for performance and quality of data warehouse services
- Communication of production issues to relevant stakeholders
- Team player in the Shanghai Data Warehouse monitoring and maintenance group
- Cooperate closely with the DNV Data Warehouse team on system utilizations, strategies and planning of future releases.
- Interact with the DNV Data Warehouse team, IT Integration teams, IT Infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met
- Enable data consistency through supporting data quality, data integrity, and reporting consistency
- Follow-up and problem solving of issues related to the data warehouse solutions.
- Be involved in data warehouse improvements and performance related issues

Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor-degree or equivalent/higher)
- 2+ years working experience
- Good Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts (Dimension, Fact, ETL, Data Mart)
- Excellent PowerCenter skills
- Excellent SQL programming skills
- Knowledge of MS SQL server
- Travel to Norway is required. Each stay may be as long as 1-2 months
- Often there will be a need to adjust working hours in order to have more overlapping time with team members in Norway
- Knowledge of shipbuilding industry is a strong plus
- Knowledge of common OLAP reporting tools is a plus (BO, Cognos, SSRS, MicroStrategy,etc)
- Experience of working in an international team is a plus
- Experience of support & maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM is a plus
