职位描述：
Web Backend Developer

- Write and modify programs, primarily using Ruby on Rails,
- Collaborate and align with IT development team
Notice: we work with Ruby on Rails and we love it! Don't worry if you don't know it. After we hire you, we will give you extensive training and enough time to learn that amazing technology.


岗位要求：
- Minimum 1 Years experience in web development or interesting web projects
- Good knowledge of ANY web framework (can be implemented in PHP / .NET / Python or Ruby on Rails )
- (Preffered) HTML5, CSS, JavaScript / AJAX / jQuery, MySQL and GIT / SVN
- (Preferred) degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology related discipline
- Willingness to learn new web-oriented techniques
- Well-organized, pay attention to details
- Able to communicate in English
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Self-motivated team player and able to lead a team of developers
- 至少1年以上专业互联网公司或相关机构从业经验
- 计算机科学、信息技术或相关科目本科毕业
- 精通PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, jQuery和MySQL
- 精通SQL编码，数据库设计和存储
- 熟悉电子商务和CRM系统
